     Avalon Restaurant, located at 312 South High Street in historical West Chester, Pennsylvania is best known for its charming ambience and eclectic menu. We are a BYOB restaurant offering casual dining in an trendy ~ upscale environment, decorated with European elements amidst soothing blue back lighting. An inviting stone fireplace completes the décor of Avalon's romantic setting.

     Our accommodations go beyond the main dining area. If you enjoy dining al fresco, our covered outdoor patio, lined with tropical plants is perfect for you and your guests. Avalon also provides a second floor dining room open most weekends for a more quiet and romantic experience and available during the week for private parties of up to 35 guests.

     Executive Chef David Kiser, whose resume includes Classic Le Cordon Bleu, Les Copains, Culinary Concepts/Innkeepers Kitchen and chef / instructor at The French Culinary Institute, New York, NY recreates his Nouvelle American Cuisine inspired menu four times a year. Menu selections use the freshest seasonal ingredients from local farms such as Harmononyville & Hendricks. These elements, coupled with the warm and inviting feeling you receive from owner operators John & Michelle Brandt-Lee and their staff, make your first vist or a return one a great experience every time.
