Cooking Classes with Chef John Brandt-Lee

Cooking with your kids -a hands-on cooking class designed for an adult with a child. Taught by John Brandt-Lee, chef/owner and father of 4 daughters. Learn the art of making Mozzarella, Basic red tomato sauce and finish with homemade ice cream. June 23 at 6pm on our garden patio. $45 for adult and one child. $20 for each additional child. Grilling on the Patio Class - Learn to grill meats and vegetables in this small, hands-on class on the patio. June 29 7:00pm. Reservations necessary.

Farm To Table Pig Dinner

Speak with local farmers while Sous Chef Steven Forte 4-course dinner featuring parts of a Duroc/Heritage Pig. With produce and grains from farms in Lancaster & Chester counties. June 22nd 7pm $50 per person. Menu

Victory Beer and Grilling Dinner

Victory beers paired with a 4-course grilling dinner. Bill Covaleski, brewmaster, Victory Brewing, will host with Avalon Sous Chef Barry Salop, on the patio. Reservations necessary. July 13 7pm $50 per person. Menu

We'll give you a free amuse bouche featuring cheeses from DiBruno Brothers and local beers carefully-matched with accompaniments, every Friday. Recent pairings have included Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA with Caccio di Roma and Truffle Honey; and Victory Festbier with Piave Cheese and Grilled Onion Marmalde.
